The salsa picante we added in addition to the standard chips and salsa was spectacular; flavorful not just hot! The guacamole was lovely with a little bit of a sweet note to it. I had the arroz con pollo and it was fabulous. Some of the best Mexican rice I've had ever and certainly the most traditional of what is available locally.  The servings were generous and the food was hot at the table. My tablemates enjoyed the enchiladas one with enchilada sauce and the other with molé. Both sauces were to die for and we're picky about our molé. It's just like mama makes!  But also try the Burrito José for a local favorite. Whenever you're there,  you'll be treated like royalty by Carlos and his staff.
